Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At PIPE STORY we put great care into the print quality, finish and packaging of every piece.

If there is any issue with your order, we'll be glad to help in accordance with the policy below and applicable law.

Cancellations and returns

You may request to cancel a purchase and return a product in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.

Where a right of cancellation applies, the request must be made within the period set by law.

The product must be returned in as good a condition as possible, without damage caused after delivery.

If the cancellation is not due to a defect, a mismatch with the order or late delivery, PIPE STORY may charge a cancellation fee as permitted by law, of up to 5% of the purchase price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the cancellation is due to a defect, a mismatch with the order or a failure to deliver on time.

Custom orders

Products made to a special size, customized, or made to a special request that is not one of the standard options on the site are subject to the legal provisions for products made especially for the consumer.

For these products, cancellation is possible in accordance with the law and depending on the production stage.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, was damaged in transit or doesn't match your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your request, if it is found to be justified, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, as appropriate and in accordance with the law, with no cancellation fee.
